Originally from the Sacramento area, Eric has since become a long-time East Bay resident. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and for many years as a licensed structural engineer where he made numerous long-term, lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and execution.
Eric's unique background proves valuable when it comes to managing a transaction, communicating with all parties involved, utilizing his resources, and coordinating and understanding inspections and appraisals. He honed these skills over many years of managing multiple, concurrent large and complex projects with many moving parts. He prides himself on listening to his clients to understand their exact needs to be able to serve them effectively and efficiently.
This business requires one to be multi-dimensional and he'd like to think that's what he is for his clients. Not only does he help with buying, selling, or investing, he's an informational resource for all things residential real estate. He has a very data driven approach. He's constantly looking at the MLS to understand what's happening in the market. His past career helped him develop the skills to slice up the market data to make it relevant to his client's requirements.
Outside of real estate, Eric is an avid sports fan who loves golf, basketball, football, and can even tolerate some baseball (go Giants!). In his free time, you can find him out on the golf course, hanging with his friends or spending time with his beautiful wife.
Those who have come to know Eric would say he has an undeniably strong work ethic, a hunger to learn, and an attentiveness to detail. He's creative, driven, and maybe a little Type A, but also charismatic, inclusive, and loves to have a good time.
Give Eric a call/text/email to help you with all of your residential real estate needs, big or small!
