Eric Bennett is a long-time East Bay resident. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and worked for many years as a structural engineer where he made numerous long-term, lasting relationships based on trust and execution.

Eric's unique background proves valuable when it comes to managing a transaction, communicating with all parties involved, utilizing his resources and coordinating and understanding inspections and appraisals. He prides himself on listening to his clients to understand their exact needs to be able to serve them effectively and efficiently.

Eric is an avid sports fan who loves golf, basketball, football, and can even tolerate some baseball (go Giants!). In his free time, you can find Eric out on the golf course, hanging with his friends or spending time with his beautiful wife.
